Starbucks Dark Barrel Latte

Living & working in a test market has it perks. The latest: Starbucks Dark Barrel Latte. It's a latte with mocha stout beer flavor syrup, espresso, steamed milk, whipped cream and caramel sauce. I do mine sans whip, cuz I'm not into gulping that much fat. But I've found myself a repeat purchaser. Sometimes you feel like you need a drink at 10 A.M. and this helps. But really, it tastes just like beer! And coffee! It's also a nice flavor departure when you need a break from your usual. The dark caramel sauce is a really nice sweet addition. It's not nearly as bitter as I feared. Thumbs up!
